The Demand Generation Manager will work as part of the larger marketing team to help create interest in and excitement for the company’s solution suites to attract and retain customers, as well as drive revenue. This position will oversee all of the tactics used to develop and cultivate opportunities for a specific buyer persona. The demand generation manager will use data-driven knowledge to own the majority of the marketing funnel and will be in charge of attracting site traffic.

Location: Durham, NC, United States 
Reporting to the VP of Sales Development, the Manager, SDR is responsible for driving the overall success of their CivicPlus Inside Sales SDR team, achieving defined team quotas and goals, ensuring SDR adherence to processes, as well as promoting individual SDR professional growth and success. This is a hybrid position, which involves working from our Durham, NC; Manhattan, KS; or Dallas-Fort Worth office location 2 to 3 days a week.
