Customer Success

Proactively ensures that clients achieve their strategic goals and maximize the value of CivicPlus' solutions, fostering satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth through exceptional customer service.

Technical Support

Prioritizes high customer satisfaction by efficiently resolving software issues, delivering comprehensive training, collecting valuable feedback, monitoring system performance, and managing escalations to ensure customer success.

Knowledge Management

Ensures a seamless and positive experience by enhancing support, improving adoption, facilitating learning, and contributing to improved customer satisfaction.

The Customer Success Manager plays a critical role in customer retention and satisfaction by effectively communicating our corporate value proposition to assist in driving new functionality and community engagement to existing customers. This position is responsible for maintaining
