The Sales Development Representative conducts targeted outbound cold calling to government agencies to drive opportunities for the Account Executive team. This role will manage a pipeline of target prospects and learn to analyze and diagnose KPIs to drive performance efficiency, consistently achieving monthly qualified meeting quotas. This is a hybrid position, which involves working from our Durham, NC; Manhattan, KS; or Dallas-Fort Worth office location 2 to 3 days a week.

The Part Time Proposal Operations Coordinator manages in-office tasks for the Proposal Specialist team, including creating informal and formal RFP responses as well as managing open records requests, and assisting with vendor registrations, questionnaires, forms, and affidavits, enabling the company to conduct business with new and existing customers.
