The Implementation Consultant I is responsible for the management and oversight of customer projects, to include coordination of efforts between the customer and applicable CivicPlus departments. The Sales Development Representative conducts targeted outbound cold calling to government agencies to drive opportunities for the Account Executive team. This role will manage a pipeline of target prospects and learn to analyze and diagnose KPIs to drive performance efficiency, consistently achieving monthly qualified meeting quotas.
Location: Manhattan, KS, United States 
This is a hybrid position, which involves working from our Durham, NC or Manhattan, KS office location 2 to 3 days a week.
