The Enterprise Account Manager serves as the direct link between CivicPlus and our top tier customers. This position will be responsible for overall relationship management as well as ensuring adoption and engagement with the CivicPlus solutions. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will own the client experience taking client satisfaction to the next level. This position will require significant travel to ensure you are visiting with the organizations you serve on a consistent basis.

This position will be responsible for creating a motivational and productive work environment for other creative services team members as well as individual customer design implementations. The Creative Services Team Lead creates and owns every aspect of a successful design and is responsible for implementing workflow procedures based on direction from the Implementation Team Manager. Their duties include cross-departmental collaboration, implementing process changes.
