The Inbound Lead Processing Specialist will be responsible for cleaning and distributing inbound leads as well as making initial contact with potential customers through specific channels, adding value to the CivicPlus brand, and helping to create demand for CivicPlus solutions and services. You will distribute leads to the appropriate sales representative in a timely manner, ensuring the contact information and fields are accurate.

The Supplement Editor, based in our office in Tallahassee, Florida, is responsible for interpreting legal material from municipal clients for appropriate handling and placement in a unified document. The Editor presents legal information in an organized format, editing documents for accuracy and style consistency. They prepare legal material for accurate presentation both online and in print. The Editor is inherently motivated and works successfully in a team atmosphere.

Lead Quality Analyst: Manage multiple projects and the execution of various types of manual testing. Ensure the correct implementation of QA/Dev strategy and best practices by developing, evaluating and analyzing test strategies including automation scripts utilizing TargetProcess, Whiteboard, Excel, Git and Visual Studio. Identify areas for improvement by monitoring and analyzing logs with Graylog, New Relic, DataDog and Microsoft Application Insights.
