Account Executives – as trusted advisors – guide customers through their buying cycle, ensuring that buyers are well-versed in and fully comfortable with our software, services, implementation process and project development requirements. In managing and closing business, Account Executives negotiate contract terms, prepare customers to begin the implementation process and work hand-in-hand with sales support staff through formalized procurement processes.
The Customer Success Manager plays a critical role in customer retention and satisfaction by effectively communicating our corporate value proposition to assist in driving new functionality and community engagement to existing customers. This position is responsible for maintaining ongoing relationships with customers by providing detailed knowledge and understanding on how to best use CivicPlus products.
This position is responsible for proofreading the work of editors for accuracy and style consistency and to ensure that legal material has been interpreted and incorporated correctly into a unified document. They prepare legal material for accurate presentation both online and in print. The Supplement Proofreader is inherently motivated and works successfully in a team atmosphere.

This role is responsible for generating new business within an assigned geographic and customer-based territory. Account Executives will sell specific product services to city and county governments within their region.
