Review and update accounts, agreements, invoicing, and renewal information when processing sales. As well as reviewing and updating first-tier Deal Desk quotes within Salesforce. You'll also work with appropriate levels of management for approval, working closely with the Contracts and Accounting departments to communicate client needs regarding sales and account changes. Revenue Execution Specialists provide first-tier support for any end-user technical or process questions in Salesforce, department communication software and other systems primarily managed by this team. Additionally, you will assist with data validation and work with other departments as required, and proactively identify operation improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements. You will work with the Systems team & IT to verify changes do not have unintended consequences by assisting with testing and attending group meetings
