Description

The Demand Generation Manager will work as part of the larger marketing team to help create interest in and excitement for the company’s solution suites in order to attract and retain customers, as well as drive revenue. This position will oversee all of the tactics used to develop and cultivate opportunities for a specific buyer persona. The demand generation manager will use data-driven knowledge to own the majority of the marketing funnel and will be in charge of attracting site traffic, converting that traffic into new leads for the business, and nurturing to close those leads into customers with the help of the new business development team. You will be responsible for understanding what activities increase customer generation from our database and using inbound marketing tactics to add value through content, resources, and other calls-to-action.
 
We’re excited to hire a new Demand Generation Manager who can:
 
  • Develop and execute short and long-term multi-channel campaigns to drive leads and the sales pipeline
  • Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.)
  • Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers)
  • Manage all marketing communications to prospects (newsletters, webinars, etc.)
  • Manage the strategy and optimization of all paid campaigns across channels
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns and programs
  • Assist in content development to target audience throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Manage marketing budget for a specific group of products
There is no perfect candidate, but we are looking for:
 
  • BA/BS degree in marketing or communications.
  • 5+ years of experience in the marketing field – preferably SaaS marketing.
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
  • Experience handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results

Compensation and Benefits:
 
  • Estimated Salary Range: $91,500 to $135,500 annually. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and is based on a 40-hour work week.
