The Technical Integrations Consultant Payments Systems role is accountable for client support and implementation of the CivicPlus Platform utility application, CP Pay. This role will require customer facing guidance and consultation on payment gateway and configurations during implementation of CivicPlus products as assigned. This role is also responsible for advising on payment terminal hardware and configuring CivicPlus systems to meet the customer desired outcomes. In addition, this roll will be expected to troubleshoot client setups, act as the first escalation point to support, liaise with payment gateway vendors, consult with clients by matching functionality to client needs, and play a vital role owning communication and collaboration between teams and the Product Engineering and Strategy teams.
Your Impact:
  • Serve as primary point of contact and resource for CP Pay implementations. To include client calls for project setup tasks
  • Act as an escalation point for all CP Pay / Payments integrations support tickets
  • Establish and maintain a deep understanding of CivicPlus software and client services offerings
  • Consult with clients to match system settings and gateway functionality to payment needs
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure line items and invoicing for customer configurations are charged correctly based on setup
  • Create and assist in maintaining documentation for client facing help center and internal education
  • Troubleshoot integration configurations using test applications, XML, JSON, SQL queries and server logs. This role will also need to review API documentation and make recommendations for corrections to product defects
  • Guide clients through testing their setup to ensure proper configuration
  • Provide client support until activation and completion of the project competencies

Preferred Qualifications
  • 3 years of JSON, XML, and SQL experience
  • 3 years intechnicalIntegrations role preferred
  • Detailed Troubleshooting Experience Preferred
  • Knowledge ofCivicPlusPayis highly valued

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Estimated Salary Range: $61,700-87,600 annually. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and is based on a 40-hour work week.
