Description
The Senior Project Manager within the Business Transformation and PMO team drives strategic initiatives to meet long-term company goals. Responsibilities include overseeing IT systems projects, mergers and acquisitions, cross-portfolio initiatives, and efficiency improvements. This role develops project plans to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, collaborating extensively with cross-functional teams. The Senior Project Manager aligns projects with company strategy, understanding business needs and internal processes to address critical priorities effectively.
Your Impact:
- Proactively identifies improvement opportunities through various project management techniques (Daily Huddle, Kaizen, Agile, Lean, etc.)
- Collaborates with business unit leaders to establish ROI and makes recommendations to senior management
- Builds relationships with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and support
- Manages implementation of complex, large-scale enterprise initiatives
- Recommends or requests resources based on team member skills and project demands
- Communicates clear project goals and objectives to the team
- Coordinates team activities to ensure achievement of project milestones
- Leads and provides work direction to project team, develops and deploys solutions according to project needs
- Manages, controls, and mitigates risks across multiple projects by analyzing and identifying trigger events
- Oversees project budgets, change control process, status reporting, monthly cost accounting, and vendor management
- Establishes contingency plans and manages dependencies across projects
- Adheres to enterprise project management practices, participates in training, and tracks key metrics
- Communicates lessons learned and feedback to team members and management
There is no perfect candidate, but we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience combined
- 5+ years’ experience of IT experience in Project/Program Management
- PMP and/or Certified Scrum Master preferred
- Experience managing requirements for multiple large, complex, and cross functional projects. Emphasis on systems, technologies, business process redesign, and knowledge of technical environments.
- Experience producing detailed project plans and resource requirements.
- Experience managing merger and acquisition integrations or divestiture projects preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills – must be comfortable speaking and writing interacting with C-level audiences, as well as technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to see things through from concept to implementation.
- Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, One Note, Teams, and SharePoint Online.
- Understanding of Microsoft’s ecosystem, M365, and cloud apps.
- Strong leadership to establish partnerships to break organizational gaps.
- Ability to make decisions with minimal input required.
- Ability to influence others without a direct line of reporting.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Estimated Salary Range: $80,200 to $117,100 annually, The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and is based on a 40-hour work week.
