The Strategic Growth Programs Director is responsible for leading the implementation and execution of large-scale company strategic growth initiatives based in Product Strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for translating strategic goals into actionable programs, ensuring successful execution, and driving organizational success. You will act as both an overall program manager as well as lead the execution of key plan components. Leadership aligned with our core values will be instrumental in fostering cross-functional collaboration and achieving transformative outcomes.

Strategic Programization
  • Develop and implement a robust toolkit/framework for translating company strategic initiatives into well-defined programs.
  • Drive the alignment of program goals with overall organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders across departments to ensure alignment on and effective execution of strategic programs.
Execution
  • Serves as Program Lead stewarding effective progress and delivery of program objectives.
  • Create and drive project/program plans, schedules and designate owners to achieve business outcomes.
  • Concurrently lead as well as drive key project components/tactics across multiple projects.
  • Maintain project schedules, owning and delegating tasks, identifying dependencies, and driving awareness and crisp execution against major due dates.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership
  • Lead cross-functional teams across various departments to implement tactics to support program delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with key organizational stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, communication, transparency, and success across departments.
Risk Management
  • Identify potential risks and challenges in program execution and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Ability to forecast potential schedule delays and create alternate plans.
Performance Measurement
  • Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of programs.
  • Regularly assess and report on program performance, making data-driven recommendations for
  • improvement.
Continuous Improvement
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, incorporating feedback and lessons learned from previous programs.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in program management
There is no perfect candidate, but we are looking for:
  • 5+ years proven experience in a senior leadership role overseeing program execution in large-
  • scale organizations.
  • 3+ years proven experience with Payment Processing and Gateway Partnerships.
  • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate high-level goals into actionable programs.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of program management methodologies and tools.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering complex, cross-functional programs on time and within
  • budget.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Estimated Salary Range: $ $119,100 - $181,100 annually. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and is based on a 40-hour work week.
  • Potential Variable Pay- bonus based on set goals.
