The Senior FP&A Analyst will be responsible for the preparation, review and analysis of the core financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flows) as well as preparation of quarterly forecasts for all three statements.  
 
We’re excited to hire a new Senior FP&A Analyst who can:   
  • Driving our company-wide forecasting and reporting process
  • You will lead the preparation, analysis and communication of monthly results and forecasting
  • Building and continually improving the financial forecasting models
  • You will build the forecasting models for all three financial statements and be responsible for maintaining and improving them on a regular basis
  • Work across all areas of the company to ensure forecasting is accurate, reliable and timely
  • You will work with leaders in Accounting/Finance, Sales, R&D and Professional Services to ensure forecasted statements are accurate and include all major variables
  • Utilize key SaaS metrics such as CAC/LTV, GRR/NRR and rule of 40 to analyze business performance and make recommendations to Leadership
  • Work on other projects and duties as required
   
There is no perfect candidate, but we are looking for:   
  • 5+ years in accounting/finance (or 2+ years in FP&A/Analysis type role)
  • FP&A and SaaS background preferred
  • Strong knowledge of all major financial statements and GAAP accounting (Income Statement/Balance Sheet/Cash Flows).
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel including complex formulas and VBA
  • SQL Knowledge preferred
  • Netsuite/Adaptive knowledge preferred
  • Able to work at a computer and monitor (sitting and standing) for extended periods of time. 
  • Ability to reason, judge, compare, calculate, evaluate, and critique such information as written materials, numerical data, responses to customer needs and/or other work-related activities. 
  • Ability to complete work in an acceptable timeframe; manage a variety of detailed tasks and responsibilities simultaneously and with accuracy to meet deadlines, goals, and objectives; satisfy internal and external customer needs related to the job. 
  • Ability to move about the office with occasional reaching and bending.
  • Ability to use a keyboard and computer. This involves reading the screen and keying/typing information.

Compensation and Benefits:   
  • Estimated Salary Range: $91,500 - $135,500 annually. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and is based on a 40-hour work week.
