The Implementation Specialist serves as an entry-level contributor to account support and implementation.     
  
   We’re excited to hire a new Implementation Specialist who can:  
  • Responsible for onboarding new customers and providing training to new users  
  • Handles level 1 onboarding cases/customer calls with a minimal to moderate level of assistance, while continuing to gain familiarity with the product.  
  • Manages the assigned workload of open onboarding cases  
  • Ability to move onboarding forward and complete 80% of their onboardings within 14 days of their target onboarding timeframe (target timeframes listed below)  
  • Maintain a minimum assigned average Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT)  
  • Develops positive working relationships with Sales & Product Teams  
  • Clearly understands processes and executes proficiently    
  • Confident understanding of contracts and offered product packages and plan levels  
  • Gains an understanding of the various roles within our CS teams/Sales/Product

  • High School Diploma or equivalent  
  • Ability to multitask among various assignments  
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) skills and excellent interpersonal skills  
  • Strong time management skills  
  • Ability and willingness to explore unfamiliar systems, environments, and languages

Compensation and Benefits:  
 
  • Estimated Salary Range: $47,400 to $65,400 annually, The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and is based on a 40-hour work week.
  • Potential Variable Pay-   $2,500 annually based on set targets
  • Benefits: Comprehensive health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, Flexable Time Off, 401(k) plan, and more.
