The Project Manager is responsible for managing the execution of implementation projects and coordinating efforts for client and applicable CivicPlus departments - Creative Services, Content Development, Client Support, Training/Consulting, and Product Engineering. Must demonstrate ability to outline and manage project scope; establish and adhere to project timeline; direct internal resources to meet objective goals for project hours and budget. PM I is responsible for successful delivery of assigned projects on time, within estimated project hours and high customer satisfaction. 
 
We’re excited to hire a new Project Manager who can: 
  • Facilitation of virtual client-facing project communication, meetings, and engagements.
  • Effectively communicates relevant project information to team members and/or clients via written or verbal communication.
  • Identify, assess and manage risks and change control procedures.
  • Ensure project quality, schedule, budgets and deliverables meet agreed upon expectations. 
  • Identifies business development and "add-on" sales opportunities as they relate to a specific project or customer question and sells to client as appropriate.
There is no perfect candidate, but we are looking for: 
  • Must have strong experience and can adopt various productivity, project and collaboration tools, e.g. Microsoft Project, Visio, Office and SharePoint.  
  • Experience working cross-functionally between teams to solve problems and implement solutions.  
  • Understanding of local government entities, organization, and practices.
  • 2+ years’ customer service experience preferred.
